Scott directs both TV drama and film. His short films have won numerous awards and have screened at many festivals both locally and internationally.
His most recent short film, SHOT OPEN, screened at the prestigious Camerimage film festival, Flickerfest and Falls Creek. Along the way it picked up a Golden Reel Award in Los Angeles as well as a Gold ACS National Award. One of Scott’s earlier films THE ROUSEABOUT also won many awards including best narrative film at the National Student Film Festival, Best Film at the Falls Creek Film Festival, and garnered a nomination for emerging talent from the Film Critics Circle of Australia as well as an AFI nomination for best short screenplay.
Currently Scott is developing a feature film entitled LIVING BREATHING with Aquarius Films and his script has recently received development funding from Screen Australia. He has also been commissioned to write the next draft of WAITRESSES, a relationship comedy set in Krakow, Poland.
